The physical habit tracker that makes progress something you can feel.

One press marks a day you showed up, turning small actions into something you can see and feel.

HabitBlock replaces apps and reminders with a simple daily ritual. Each completed day is logged with a tactile press. Miss a day, and the gap remains. Over time, it becomes quiet proof of the promises you kept.

Designed around a 4-week cycle and crafted to live on your desk, HabitBlock helps you build habits through presence, not pressure.

Frequently asked questions

How many habits can I track at once?

Multiple — each row tracks a separate habit. So you could track your workout, your reading, and your water intake all on the same block.

How long does one block last?

It depends on how you use it! You can either track one habit for 4 weeks or up to 4 habits for a week (with each habit a different row).

How do I remember which habits I am tracking?

HabitBlock comes with a small whiteboard as well as a marker to write out the habit being tracked for each row.

You've already tried the apps.

You downloaded them, set the reminders, kept the streak for two weeks then missed a day, and quietly stopped opening them.

HabitBlock works differently. It lives on your desk, not buried in a notifications drawer. It doesn't ping you. It just sits there, quietly asking one question: did you show up today?
